What's disclosed, and what isn't
Jellyfit Pro's label names four ingredients in its proprietary blend: Apple Cider Vinegar, Magnesium BHB Salt, Calcium BHB Salt and Sodium BHB Salt. It also discloses the total blend weight: 325mg per gummy. What it does not disclose is how much of that 325mg is Apple Cider Vinegar versus how much is each BHB salt.
Why this matters for evaluating the formula
Without individual amounts, we cannot say whether this formula leans mostly on Apple Cider Vinegar (which has a reasonable research base for blood sugar and satiety support) or mostly on the BHB salts (whose direct evidence for weight loss specifically is thinner). The four ingredients could be roughly equal, or one could make up the vast majority of the blend — the label alone doesn't tell us.
